- Made from Chili Pepper, Garlic, Shallot, Salt, Lemongrass, Sugar, Kaffir Lime, Galangal, Spices (Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Cardamom).
- Stir fry 1 can of Red Curry Paste with 400ml of coconut milk until boiling. Add 500g of chicken and 400ml of coconut milk and stir until chicken is cooked.
- Add 250g of eggplants and stir until cooked. Garnish with sweet basil leaves and sliced fresh chili.
