Placing an order
It all starts with you! The first step is to visit our mobile-friendly website, add the products you crave to your cart, and then use our secure checkout page to place your order. That’s it! Don’t forget to create an account with us to make ordering easier and get access to exclusive discounts. You can do that anytime from the account page or once you are checking out. Once you place your order you will receive an email notifying you that our team started to process your order.
Tip: always check our promotions page before checking out. You might find your favorite item on sale!
We’ll take it from here! Once an order has been placed it will be assigned to one of our team members for processing. The order details are then printed and we roll down (literally with a cart) the aisles of our warehouse to pick all the items in your order. After that we pack every order with extreme care to ensure that all items are received intact. Finally, we get the order ready to be sent to your address. All you need to do is sit back, relax and wait!
Shipping and delivery
Your order is on its way! If you are our neighbor living in select areas in the GTA, we might deliver your order to you within 24 hours. If you are anywhere else in Canada, we will ship your order to you with one of our shipping partners i.e. Canada Post or FedEx. In all cases the choice is yours, because on the checkout page you can choose which shipping option you prefer. As soon as your order ships out, you will receive an update with an estimated time of delivery and a tracking number.
Tip: get FREE SHIPPING on any order $125 or more before taxes excluding coupons (if any) to any province in Canada. No questions asked!
