Refund & Cancellation Policy

Haisue Inc. (“Haisue”) is available to help you to make changes to your order or cancel it altogether. In order to do that you must notify us at CustomerCare@haisue.ca within one hour of placing your order. Please note that our customer service team is unable to make any changes to your order after the one hour mark.

After your order has been shipped, due to the consumable and perishable nature of most products, as well as the health and safety of our customers and staff, Haisue does not offer returns or exchanges. For any issue with your order once received, you must notify us at CustomerCare@haisue.ca within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

If your order is returned to us by the shipping company due to inability to deliver and the package(s) still sealed, Haisue at its own discretion will decide if a partial refund is applicable after calculating all shipping expenses related to the original shipping label(s) and return label(s). If your order is returned by the shipping company and the package(s) not sealed anymore, no refund will be provided. In all cases where a package is returned, Haisue is under no obligation to refund any amount.
