Kopiko - Coffee Candy 175g I bought 13 packs to share with friends and picked up the product Jun 1, 2026. Best before date was June 2026, so the product is or was about to be stale dated when sold, that is so disappointing.
Crisp and savory cracker, well matched with both mild and soft or sharp and hard cheeses. These crackers provide a tasty accompaniment to your cured meat, fresh veg, or even fruit. A great alternative to bland crackers.
This is a beautiful product that I use in all our Filipino baking and other desserts in our restaurant - especially Ube Ice Cream! A good value considering what the small jars cost - and it lasted about a year for me!
Add hot water to cook noodles,
Strain them, then add good squirt of lighthouse blue cheese sause(or helmans/kewpie mayo), big handful of shredded cheese(mozzarella or chedarblend) then the powder packets and half of the boduk spice pack, green onions ontop. Absolutely perfect and creamy.
Just a perfect ramen bowl. Nothing more to say.

I love cooking with this soya sauce...it adds a nice depth to the food especially stews and soups. I use it also when Marinating meat. I wouldn't recommend using it as an after addition such fried rice...too strong of a taste however, adding it to stir fries while cooking is great!
