Review

I only cook with coconut sugar because I have serious intestinal ailments and I need a sweetener that is not inflammatory. This is a good one so far I have tried it it Blends well I have also made a syrup out Of it wih water to add to things . As far as I know it isn’t inflammatory but I will have to do more research. The pucks are very easy to shave with a paring knife and are softer towards the middle. The taste is so nice and nectary I can see it being used in place of honey. So far I have really enjoyed this. I will buy this again. I have never tried it until now and regret that, because I didn’t know how to use it. But it is actually very simple. This is a must try.
