My mother always used this so I was happy to be able to find the same thing in Canada.
I love cooking with this soya sauce...it adds a nice depth to the food especially stews and soups. I use it also when Marinating meat. I wouldn't recommend using it as an after addition such fried rice...too strong of a taste however, adding it to stir fries while cooking is great!
