Maesri – Panang Curry Paste 114g

- Felling like having a thick, salty and sweet curry? Try Maesri’s Panang Curry Paste.
- Made from Dried Chili Pepper, Garlic, Shallot, Lemongrass, Sugar, Salt, Kaffir Lime, Galangal, Spices (Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Cardamom, Bay Leaves).
- Stir Fry 1 can of Panang Curry Paste with 4 tbsp of oil. Slowly add 200ml of coconut milk and stir until boiling, then add 600g of chicken and stir thoroughly.
- Slowly add 200ml of coconut milk, and keep on stirring until chicken is cooked. Garnish with sliced fresh chili and minced kaffir lime leaves.
