The first step would be to fill out the B2B Sign up form. Once the form is reviewed and approved by our team, you can start placing orders as a business customer.

Exclusive discounts can be unlocked with a minimum order value of $300. Volume discounts apply with larger orders. As the order grows in value, discounts are automatically applied and while on the cart page you will always see what the next available discount is and how far are you from reaching it.

While signed in to your business account, you will be able to see the retail price crossed out but also the discounted price if an order reaches the minimum mentioned above. This discounted price is per product and is prior to any volume discounts.

Shipping options to choose from are available at the checkout page once an address is entered in full. Other than the couriers Canada Post, FedEx, and GLS, and for our business customers only, we offer an exclusive shipping option for shipping by the pallet. This option is automatically available and is best used for very large orders.
