We are sorry to hear that there has been an issue with receiving your package. After shipping out the package on Aug 11th 2026, we checked the tracking information, and it shows that Canada Post left a notice card to pick up the package from the closest Post Office on Aug 14th 2026. The information then shows it was picked up on Aug 22nd 2026. We apologize if this experience with Canada Post was not a pleasant one for you.
If there were any items damaged in the package, we ask our customers to contact us within 48 hours from receiving the package with a description of the damages along with pictures, so that we can better assist with resolving the issue.
