Cooking Directions:

  1. Put Dang Myun into boiling water and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain hot water and mix with salad oil while noodle is hot.
  3. Mix the Dang Myun with various prepared vegetables, meat and spice for “Japchae.”
